For the product quality related matters, we will take returned product and issue an another set product that you need with same quantity.

If the customer is not willing to accept the product again, the refund will be provided to the mode of payment that the customer used to.

If you got any of the ordered product without cleaning & cutting you will get an 100% refund for that product. (its only be available when you proved that the fish is not cleaned through a video or a photo that clearly proving the issue.)

All our customers are valuable to us and we provide our atmost priority to them, if you have any other issues like mixing up of the product with any other products, etc..., you will get the compensations for any issues if you proved that to us.
